In this round we will continue to focus
on Serpentines while adding some
distance skills. Adjust your distance
box based off your team’s current
abilities and work toward increasing
the distance slowly as you have
successful runs. Try to stay in the box,
whatever size you are working for
4-15. Stay focus on not just “getting it
done” but maintaining a great dog line.
Focus on both your body language
and your early verbal cues.
Too easy? Make the box smaller and
mix it up making 4-6 and/or 10-12 a
threadle. Better yet make 10 a
backside then threadle 11-12. Mix
things up so you are not just pattern
training the sequences.
If you are great with distance skills this
would be a great exercise to lead out
into the handler box before the dog
starts and staying there for the entire
run.
Keep your training session happy and
short. Do not forget to reward the dog
for success and help them when there
is confusion.

Design sequence with at least five obstacles starting with obstacle A and finishing with obstacle B in which you will offer at least
two hangling possibilities in at least 2 different places (different handlers path). Please mark those handling path.
I would take red line with my not too bold dog (two possibilities at 5)
Blue line is for dogs which can be sent further afield and are faster
Green line for distance handlers (I think, never done distance handling!)
